Project Management
Keeping a project on time and on budget can be tricky. Our project managers have experience in this industry. They understand what it takes to build an application, design a development tool, or create a backend component. They also understand how important it is to keep all disciplines necessary for a given project involved and informed.
Equally important, our project managers understand how important it is to communicate effectively with you, the key stakeholder. enableTV uses project managers throught the project lifecycle: from project initiation through the project wrap-up phase. The project manager will serve as the primary liaison between you and enableTV's project team.
enableTV has extensive experience with successfully managing the design and development of complete products that are solidly tested and accurately documented. In addition, enableTV project managers have extensive experience in managing geographically distributed project teams as well as managing third-party vendors who must contribute critical components to projects.
