User Interface Design
enableTV understands that you want your application to be a compelling user experience (UX) and optimized for the targeted platform(s). How a user interacts with your application product can influence whether or not users will become your customers, so it must appeal to them and be intuitive (perhaps even fun) to use. Your iTV products should be branded like your other products — or division of products. Our Interactive Product Design Group has extensive expertise in the interactive design (IxD) and UX of a variety of platforms, and of iTV in particular. We truly understand how end-consumers and viewers interact with applications, and are adept at balancing that with customer requirements as well as the strengths and limitations of the various platforms, to create compelling, easy to use, and top performing products.
What does this mean to you? You can be sure that the user interface (UI) for your application will be easy to use. Your marketing and branding will be taken into account when designing the graphics (GUI). It will play to the strengths of the platform(s) while avoiding the pitfalls. We provide quality documentation for reviews and development specification reference. We are strong believers in collaboration and education — nothing will be done without your approval and we are happy to explain why something is some way, or review different solutions that may be pursued, to whatever depth you prefer.
